I am truly enjoying my journey as a self-taught digital artist at this stage in my life. I started my journey in my late sixties, out of need to fully embrace my passion for abstract art and let it unfold as a business endeavor. I am one who has a visceral reaction to color, design, and style. I am most satisfied when I start a piece and my digital brushes strokes move, blend and take colorful form.

It was midway into my journey that I made the ancestral connection to my grandfather. I am a living legacy, following in the footsteps of my grandfather. I share his passion for working with images. He was also self-taught and built a thriving photography business as the only Black certified photographer serving Guilford County, North Carolina.
